Replace all red parts. For the type, choose contact table ("ct") or online icon ("oi")
URLs with the "&" symbol must be replaced with the hex equivalent: %26

Example:
Before:

After:
http://groups.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=groups.groupProfile%26groupID=100636674

Another way to get the URL (and probably the easier way) is by using one of the forms above, and copying the link which appears in the address bar.
